Ekaa, meaning 'One’, ‘Unique’ or ‘Matchless’, is the inception of interpreted cuisine inspired by ingredients, people and cultures. An ode to our motherland, Ekaa is a culmination of seasons, childhoods and the journey of all our chefs to this point.
